Repeal and re-enactment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Regulations20.—

(1)

The Minister may make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act, except any matter —

(a)

for which Rules of Court may be made under section 19; or (b)mentioned in subsection (2).(2) For the purposes of section 13B, the Minister charged with the responsibility for health may make regulations relating to the treatment of a person under a mandatory treatment order.”.
