Clause 27

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 20, the following section:“Presentation to Parliament20A. All orders made under sections 13A and 18A, Rules of Court made under section 19, Family Justice Rules made under section 19A and regulations made under section 20 must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
