Clause 10

Amendment of section 7

Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the Fund unless they are charged upon the Fund” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “the Pioneer Generation Fund or the Merdeka Generation Fund unless they are charged upon that Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the Fund” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “either of the Funds”.
