Clause 14

Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “dissolution of the Fund” and substituting the words “dissolution of any of the Funds”; (b)by deleting the words “in the Fund” and substituting the words “in that Fund”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “Fund” in the section heading and substituting the word “Funds”.
