Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Pioneer Generation” in subsection (1)(a);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Pioneer” in subsection (1)(d), the words “or Merdeka Generation Senior”; and

(c)

by deleting “(b), (c)” in subsection (3)(b) and substituting “(b), (ba), (c), (ca)”.
