Saving and transitional provisions
(1)
Every decision that is made before the date of commencement of this Act by the Pioneer Generation Appeals Panel under the principal Act and is in force on that date is to continue as if, and is deemed to be, a decision made by the Appeals Panel under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
(2)
For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this Act as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
