Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “in the Fund” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “in the Pioneer Generation Fund and the Merdeka Generation Fund”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Pioneers” in subsection (1)(a) and (b), the words “or Merdeka Generation Seniors (as the case may be)”; (c)by deleting the words “the Fund” in subsection (1)(d) and substituting the words “the Pioneer Generation Fund and the Merdeka Generation Fund, respectively”; and
(d)
by deleting the word “Fund” in the section heading and substituting the word “Funds”.
