Clause 57

Related amendment to Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act

Section 3(3) of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act (Cap. 189, 2000 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “convicted of an offence under this section”, the words “for driving a motor vehicle in contravention of this section”.
