Consequential amendments to other Acts
(1)
The Schedule to the Accounting Standards Act (Cap. 2B, 2008 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item: “14A.Home Team Science and Technology AgencyHome Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019”.

Paragraph 6 of the First Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36, 2013 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (18), the following item:“(18A) Home Team Science and Technology Agency.”.

The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act (Cap. 213, 2012 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 12A, the following item:“12B. Home Team Science and Technology Agency”.

Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following item: “15A.Home Team Science and Technology AgencyHome Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019”.
