Amendment of section 22A
Section 22A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “prepare or propose” in subsection (1), the words “, or hold out or advertise in any way that the person is willing to prepare or propose,”;
(b)
by deleting “$50,000” in subsection (10) and substituting “$200,000”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “12 months” in subsection (10) and substituting the words “2 years”.
