Amendment of section 24
Section 24 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) A person must not carry out, or permit or authorise the carrying out of, any fire safety works —
(a)
before the Commissioner has approved all the plans of the fire safety works under section 23; or (b)otherwise than in accordance with the plans approved under section 23.”.
