Amendment of section 8
Section 8(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in paragraph (a), the words “, or any contravention of or failure to comply with a licence condition imposed under section 22K or 22L”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(e)obtaining any evidence of the commission of any offence under this Act or contravention of or failure to comply with any licence condition imposed under section 22K or 22L in the premises, where there is reason to suspect that there is such evidence;”.
