Amendment of section 67

Section 67 of the Patents Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (3), (4) and (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to a plaintiff includes a reference to the proprietor of the patent.”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or the Registrar” in subsection (6).
