Amendment of section 70

Section 70 of the Patents Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or the Registrar” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2) and (3); and

(b)

by deleting the words “its or his” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “the court’s”.
