Amendment of section 76

Section 76 of the Patents Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or before the Registrar” in subsection (1);

(b)

by deleting the words “or the Registrar” wherever they appear in subsection (4); and

(c)

by deleting the words “it or he” wherever they appear in subsection (4) and substituting in each case the words “the court”.
