Amendment of section 48

Section 48 of the Plant Varieties Protection Act (Cap. 232A) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) An appeal does not lie to the Court of Appeal from a decision of the Court on appeal from a decision of the Registrar for any matter under this Act unless leave to appeal is given by the Court or the Court of Appeal.”.
