Amendment of section 62

Section 62 of the Registered Designs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) An appeal does not lie to the Court of Appeal from a decision of the Court on appeal from a decision or order of the Registrar under this Act unless leave to appeal is given by the Court or the Court of Appeal.”.
