Amendment of section 19

Section 19(3) of the State Courts Act (Cap. 321) is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(ca)any jurisdiction to hear and try an action in passing off; and”.
