Saving and transitional provisions relating to amendments to State Courts Act
(1)
Section 31 does not apply to or in relation to any action in passing off for which a writ of summons or other originating process or counterclaim was filed in the District Court before the date of commencement of that section.
(2)
Section 32 does not apply to or in relation to any action in passing off for which a writ of summons or other originating process or counterclaim was filed in the Magistrate’s Court before the date of commencement of that section.
