Saving and transitional provisions relating to amendments to Trade Marks Act
(1)
Section 33 does not apply to or in relation to any decision of the Registrar of Trade Marks arising from an application, opposition or other proceeding made or filed before the date of commencement of that section.
(2)
Section 34 does not apply to or in relation to any proceedings commenced before the date of commencement of that section before the Registrar of Trade Marks.
(3)
Despite section 35(a), section 105A(1) of the Trade Marks Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 35(a) continues to apply to or in relation to any offence under that Act committed before that date.
