Amendment of section 32

Section 32 of the Geographical Indications Act 2014 (Act 19 of 2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) An appeal does not lie to the Court of Appeal from a decision of the Court on appeal from a decision of the Registrar for any matter under this Act or the rules made under this Act unless leave to appeal is given by the Court or the Court of Appeal.”.
