Clause 44

Every appeal to the Minister under this Act must be made in such form and manner as the Minister may require.

Despite any appeal made under this Act, the decision appealed against takes effect and must be complied with unless otherwise provided in this Act or ordered by the Minister.

The Minister may, after considering the appeal, dismiss or allow the appeal, unconditionally or subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.

The Minister may, in considering an appeal under this section, give the appellant an opportunity to make representations in writing.

The Minister’s decision on any appeal is final.
