Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the Director‑General or a protector;”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or by a protector” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “, the Director‑General or a protector”.
