Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the hand of”, the words “the Director‑General or”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Certificate of” in the section heading, the words “Director‑General or”.
