Amendment of section 34

Section 34(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b)

by deleting paragraph (c); and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “persons” in paragraph (d), the words “, including representatives of newspapers or news agencies,”.
