Amendment of section 54
Section 54 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “above the age of 16 years (but below the age of 19 years)” in subsection (2A) and substituting the words “older than 18 years of age (but below 21 years of age)”;
(b)
by deleting the words “the age of 16 years but is below the age of 19 years” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “18 years of age (but below 21 years of age)”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “person in charge” in subsection (6) and substituting the word “person‑in‑charge”.
