Clause 53

Section 87A of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Any person to whom any information relating to a child or young person has been disclosed to him by the Director‑General or a protector in the performance of any duty or the exercise of any power by the person, must not disclose the information to another person unless the disclosure has been authorised by the Director‑General or protector, as the case may be.”.
