Amendment of section 88

Section 88(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “children and young persons” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “persons below 21 years of age”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “and the Review Board” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, the Committee on Fostering and the Review Board”.
