Clause 61

Amendment of Early Childhood Development Centres Act 2017

Section 54(8) of the Early Childhood Development Centres Act 2017 (Act 19 of 2017) is amended by deleting the words “Director of Social Welfare” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Director‑General of Social Welfare”.
