Amendment of section 21

Section 21(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Part X of the Companies Act” in paragraph (a)(i) and substituting the words “Part 8 of the IRDA”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 130” in paragraph (a)(ii) and substituting the words “section 130B”.
