Amendment of section 58
Section 58(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)any offence under section 157 or 396B of the Companies Act as applied by section 63 or 157, as the case may be; or
(c)
any offence under section 237 of the IRDA as applied by section 130,”.
