Clause 54
Amendment of section 150
Section 150 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “sent or served under this Act or under the constitution of a company” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “sent or served under the Companies Act or under the constitution of a company”;
(b)
by deleting the words “subsection (5)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “subsection (4)”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “company” in subsection (3)(a) and substituting “VCC”.
