Amendment of section 158
Section 158 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “subsections” in subsection (1), “(1A),”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) A reference in section 397(1) of the Companies Act to the Registrar of Companies is to —
(a)
in the case of section 33 and Parts 10 and 11 other than section 130B — the Registrar or Official Receiver; or
(b)
in the case of other provisions of the Act — the Registrar.”.
