Amendment of Fourth Schedule
Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the GST Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 1, the following paragraph:“1A. In the definition of “equity security” in paragraph 1, the reference to a share in the capital of a body corporate includes a share in a VCC.”.
