Clause 42

Financial year

(1)

The financial year of the LTC Support Fund begins on 1 April of each year and ends on 31 March of the succeeding year.

(2)

However, the first financial year of the LTC Support Fund begins on the date of commencement of this Part and ends on 31 March of the succeeding year.
