Change of address
(1)
Subject to subsection (2) —
every insured person who is liable to pay any premium;
every person who is liable to pay any premium on behalf of an insured person; and
every person who receives any benefit under the CSHL Scheme or ESH Scheme, including a person who receives any such benefit on behalf of an insured person,must inform the Board or the Administrator in writing of any change in that insured person’s or that person’s residential address, as the case may be.
(2)
If a person has changed the person’s residential address and has made a report of the change under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201), that person is taken to have informed the Board of the change of that residential address in accordance with subsection (1).
