Clause 67

Amendment of Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018

(1)

Section 296(1) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after “2015” in paragraph (i), the words “, and the CareShield Life Scheme established by section 5 of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, respectively,”.

Section 352(1) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately after “2015” in paragraph (i), the words “, and the CareShield Life Scheme established by section 5 of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, respectively,”.

(3)

Section 397(2) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately after “2015” in paragraph (c), the words “or the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019”.
