Clause 10

by deleting the words “an order made under section 8 or 9” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “a restraining order as confirmed or as varied”; and

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsections:“(2) Subject to subsection (3), sections 11 and 12 apply to any direction under this section to extend as if a reference in those sections to a restraining order includes a reference to a direction to extend.(3) The Council may recommend that a direction to extend be confirmed or cancelled only.”.
