Clause 12

Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “an order made under this Part” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “a restraining order (including one as confirmed, varied or extended)”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2).
