Clause 4

Section 4(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “on orders referred to the Council by the Minister under section 11” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “to the President on restraining orders and directions to extend given to the Council by the Minister under sections 11 and 13, respectively”.
