Amendment of section 83
Section 83 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “and in appeals to, or in cases stated for the opinion of, the High Court under the provisions of this Part, and in appeals from decisions of the High Court under section 81(5)” in subsection (1); (b)by deleting the words “or the High Court, as the case may be,” in subsection (2);
(c)
by deleting the words “or the Court” in subsections (2) and (3);
(d)
by deleting the words “or the High Court” in subsection (3); and
(e)
by deleting the words “and High Court” in the section heading.
