Amendment of section 17A

Section 17A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any aviation security inspector” in subsection (5), the words “or public officer”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “an aviation security inspector” in subsection (6), the words “, a public officer”.
