Amendment of section 2

Section 2(1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “tobacco substitute”, the following definition:“ “trade mark” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 332);”.
