Amendment of section 73A

Section 73A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “High Court” wherever they appear in subsections (4), (5), (6) and (8) and substituting in each case the words “General Division”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (9) and substituting the following subsections:“(9) A party against whom the General Division makes an order mentioned in subsection (1)(a), (b) or (c), (2), (3), (4)(a), (b) or (c), (5) or (6) may appeal against the order only with the leave of the court to which the appeal is to be made under section 29C.(9A) A party against whom the Appellate Division makes an order mentioned in subsection (1)(a), (b) or (c), (2) or (3) may appeal against the order only with the leave of the Court of Appeal.”.
