Amendment of section 74

Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “High Court” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “General Division”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2A) and substituting the following subsection:“(2A) A person against whom the General Division makes an order under subsection (1) may bring an appeal against the order only with the leave of the court to which the appeal is to be made under section 29C.”.
