Amendment of section 83
Section 83 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Fifth or Sixth Schedule” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth or Ninth Schedule”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Without limiting subsection (1), the Seventh and Eighth Schedules may make different provisions for the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeal.”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “Sixth” in the section heading and substituting the word “Ninth”.
