References to High Court in section 128 of Criminal Justice Reform Act 2018
For the purposes of section 128(1) and (2) of the Criminal Justice Reform Act 2018 (Act 19 of 2018), any reference to an offence to be tried in the High Court is, on or after the date of commencement of this section, a reference to an offence to be tried in the General Division of the High Court.
