Clause 10

Amendment of section 44

Section 44 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “money” in subsection (1), the words “or digital payment tokens”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “moneys” in subsection (1A), the words “and digital payment tokens”.
