Clause 6

Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)section 9A;

(ba)section 9B; or”; and (b)by deleting the words “or where the Board has credited to a member’s account in the Fund any money paid in error and liable to be refunded or paid under section 74(1),” in subsection (7I).
