Clause 36

The Banking Act is amended by renumbering section 67 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Subsection (1) applies to any director, executive officer, trustee, auditor, employee or agent of a merchant bank in Singapore as the subsection applies to any director, executive officer, trustee, auditor, employee or agent of a bank in Singapore.”.
